Contemporary Abstract Painter Paulette Insall's paintings come from her heart....expressing emotion as a visual language, using pure color and expressive marks to connect and communicate. Her abstract art emits a special light and magic that is both spiritual and moving.

hello & welcome to all my fellow october followers fest party goers! are you like and me and wondering were the past month went off to? gosh it seems like october just started and now here we are! lol! well, i hope you'll settle in and stay a while and take a look around my bloggy home....and be sure to subscribe while you're here {which you can do over on the right sidebar ---->>}.i just ❤ making new friends!!! :)
most of my time this month has been spent working with a new flock of creative sisters in my new eCourse "Divine Romance - Strengthening your connection to God through creativity". here's a little pic {see below} from a live painting session i held for them this week. its been bunches of fun and i already have seen God at work in them in the past two weeks since the course started. He is SO faithful! :)
and i've also been busy with the kiddo.....school field trip to the pumpkin patch
and of course working on his costume for trick-or-treating.....he is going to be finn from adventure time {leave it to my kiddo to want to dress up like a character that you can't just go out and buy a costume} so for the first time in years, i'm making some of what he needs to make him look authentically "finn-like"....including making the hat in the video below {which i've just now started on lol! so ya know what i'll be working on this weekend ;) }
so happy end of october to all! hope you'll visit me again real soon! xoxo
Oh my!!! Where has the summer gone? Seems like just a few weeks ago, my son was celebrating his last days as a 2nd grader and in a mere few weeks, he'll be a 3rd grader!!! My little boy is growing up SO fast! I feel like if I blink, he'll be graduating college. lol! We took a little vacation down to San Diego this summer and had a blast! Went to the beach, some museums, & Legoland {his second time}.
And finally.....I've posted brand new paintings in the web shop! Woo hoo!!! I didn't think I'd manage to do it before summer was over and Aiden was back in school, quite honestly. Seemed that there was always something coming up that distracted me.....but this weekend {yesterday during the sermon at church to be exact} I made up my mind that this was the week and by golly I did it! There are already three new paintings in the shop as we speak, with more to be posted every day this week {Tuesday-Friday}. There will be something in every price range {from $65-$350}. Please go on over now to my website store and take a peek {there's lots of pics of each painting so you can see close ups and texture}. And be sure to check back every day.....I'll be posting here {and on Facebook & Twitter} every day for the rest of this week {through Friday} with new paintings each day. Cool huh? Yeah, I thought so too! :D Y'all take care, have a good evenin' and I'll see ya back here tomorrow! xoxo
That's what the themometer read at 6am this morning when I checked Aiden's temperature. He started complaining yesterday evening that his ear was hurting, which quickly turned into screaming. So, I gave him a dose of Motrin to ease the pain and made a mental note to call the doctor first thing in the morning. Little did I know things would escalate so quickly. We were up and down most of the night so I'm operating on almost no sleep...the venti latte from Starbucks I had on the way back from the dr. is helping to keep me awake for the moment. I may have to make a pot of coffee here pretty soon to get me through the rest of the day.
