Trying to squeeze in some time in the studio here and there, but can only work for about an hour before my shoulder and back start telling me they’ve had enough. Currently I’m recovering from some nerve issues in my shoulder and a slipped rib….all due to injuries from a car accident ten years ago that resurfaced the end of last year. Recovering has been a slow process, but I’m finally able to get back to semblance of normal life, as long as I take it easy and take lots of breaks to rest.
Wanted to give you an update in case you missed me and wondering where I ran off to. 😘 I truly appreciate your support!
